FORT WALTON BEACH CODE INCREASING THE PRICE
OF CEMETERY LOTS AND THE INTEREST RATE FOR
TIME PAYMENTS, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE
HEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. Section 5B-5 of the Fort Walton
Code is amended to read as follows:
(a) $300.00 Monument Area
(b) $200.00 Non-monument Area
(c) $75.00 Baby Lots
A minimum down payment of twenty per cent (
the number of years of the agreement and the interest
nine and one half (94) per cent (simple interest) wil
specified in the installment purchase agreement.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effe
days after its passage and approval by the mayor.
