SUBJECT: FTA Requirements Appendix added to Purchasing Manual

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Federal Transit Administration has mandated that the attached
provisions, certifications, reports and forms be incorporated into the County Purchasing Manual.
These provisions (Appendix "A") will pertain only to purchases of goods and services utilizing
FTA funding for the Okaloosa Transit System.
OPTIONS: Approve or Reject.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval of the addition & adding the appendix
to the Purchasing Manual.
