AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING THE
EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That under the provisions of Section 171.044 of
the Florida Statutes, the City of Fort Walton Beach hereby annexes
the following tract of land to the City of Fort Walton Beach:
Lot 2, Block G, Garnier Heights lst Addition
(706 Rodney Avenue)
SECTION II. The City limits of the City of Fort Walton Beach
shall be hereafter defined to include the aforesaid property.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
