AMENDMENT NUMBER FOUR SIGNATORY AIRLINE OPERATING AGREEMENT This AMENDMENT FOUR is entered into etlective this day of _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _, 2013, by and between OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of tbe State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY") and AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC., (hereinafter referred to as "AIRLINE"). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the COUNTY and Airline heretofore have entered into an Airline Operating Agreement and Terminal Building Lease ("Agreement") for the use of the Northwest Florida Regional Airport ("Airport") and the payment of certain Airport Rentals, Fees and Charges; and WHEREAS, the County and AIRLINE desire to enter into this Amendment each in consideration of the agreement to be performed by the other, intending to be legally bound, do hereby agree to the following section being added to the LEASE: SECTION 1: ENDORSEMENT The following endorsement is incorporated herein and made part of this Amendment Number Four: Endorsement No.1 Affiliates American Airlines hereby designates the following Airline(s) as an Affiliate or AtTtliated Airlines: American Eagle Airlines, Inc.
