BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: March 7, 2017 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Grant Dugre SUBJECT: Resolution Amending Resolution 17-06 DEPARTMENT: County Administrator BCC DISTRICT: All STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request the Board approve a Resolution, amending Resolution 17- 06, to reflect the correct fiscal year for the budget amendment. BACKGROUND: At the January 3, 2017 BCC Meeting, the Board of County Commissioners adopted and executed Resolution 17-06 to amend the Fiscal Year 2017 budget, MSBU Special Revenue Funds, to increase the revenue needed for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP); Federal Emergency Management Agency. Resolution 17-06 was incorrectly titled as "A Resolution Amending the Fiscal Year 2016 Budget MSBU Special Revenue Fund." Staff now desires to amend Resolution 17-06 to correct the title to reflect the budget amendment is for Fiscal Year 2017. OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution amending Resolution 17-06, correcting the Fiscal Year in the title from 2016 to 2017. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
