RESOLUTION NO. 7P-¥G
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO
EXECUTE THE ATTACHED CONTRACT WITH RICKS/
KENDRICK/STOKES/DAVID ARCHITECTS INC. FOR
COMPLETION OF MEETING ROOM ON SECOND FLOOR
OF CHESTER PRUITT CENTER, PROVIDING THE
EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA
SECTION I. That the City Manager on behalf of the City
of Fort Walton Beach, Florida is hereby authorized to execute the
attached contract with Ricks/Kendrick/Stokes/David Architects Inc.
for completion of the meeting room on the second floor of the
Chester Pruitt Center.
SECTION II, That this resolution being of an administrative
nature shall take full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval by the Mayor.
