(YQ. /O$" AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH FROM C-1 TO C-2 AND R-1A to C-2, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION i. That the following described property within the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby rezoned from C-l1 to C- 2: Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 1, Kelly's Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in the public records in and for Okaloosa County, Florida SECTION 2. That the following described property within the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby rezoned from R-1A to C2: Lot le, Block 1, Kelly Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in the official records in and for Okaloosa County, Florida SECTION 3. That the following described property within the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby rezoned from C-1 to C-2: Lot 5, Block 2, Kelly Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in the official records in and for Okaloosa County, Florida SECTION 4, This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
