STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Florida Department of Law Enforcement will not accept purchase
orders from Human Resources for background checks. We are requesting permission to add the
following item to our list of authorized direct payments requests.
1) Payments to the State of Florida or any of its subdivisions.
OPTIONS: Award or Reject
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval to add to the direct payment list.
