Public Content The Okaloosa County School District and the Okaloosa Education Staff Professionals Association reached a tentative contract agreement on August 15, 2025, for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, subject to School Board approval and Association membership ratification. The tentative agreement affects only portion of the collective bargaining agreements and salaries. The proposed Education Staff Professionals salary schedule for fiscal year 2025-2026 as follows: 1.5% General Improvement to current salary schedule Bookkeeper Supplement: Elementary $300 Middle $425 High $650 Transportation employees will receive ($15 for one shift, $25 for 2 shifts) on any day in which the employee is assigned an additional route or routes, or partial routes during the normal workday.
