DEPARTMENT: Purchasing BCC DISTRICT: ALL STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval of First Amendment to Anderson Columbia Company, Inc. (C16-2441-PW). BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: Anderson Columbia has advised that they are able to provide a reduced price for asphalt millings. The contract shall be amended to include a delivered millings price of $15.00 per ton to Baker Pit on Keyser Mill Road only. Price will be in effect thru September 30, 2019. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny the First Amendment to the contract with Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. to provide a price for asphalt millings delivered to the Baker Pit. (C16-2441-PW) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the First Amendment to the contract with Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. to provide a price for asphalt millings delivered to the Baker Pit.
