I will be in the north end of the COunty on Wednesday morning. I am also available in my
office today so if they can send me a yellow sheet, I will execute it and send it back.
Also, we probably need LYnn to do a blue sheet so we have that requirement also covered.
To the extent you need it, this is to confirm that I will be approving the Aramark contract
as part of the Contract Review process.

Good morning Greg,
We are putting together the agenda request for the ARAMARK contract today.
We have heard that you may be out until Wednesday afternoon. Purchasing has requested that in
order to process this that we receive an e-mail stating that you intend to sign the contract
prior to the BOCC meeting Tuesday. I believe that simply returning this email in agreement
that this would suffice. I have the originals and will forward them to purchasing with the
