THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES. AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY,. RESIDENCE OR OTHER PURPOSES; THE EIGHT AND SIZE OF STRUCTURE, THE SIZE OF OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AN.!) VENrILATION; ADOPTING A MAP OF SAID DISTRICTS; DEFINING TERMS USED; PROVIDING FOR THE ADJUST1< 1ENT, ENFORCEMENT AND . AMENlJMENT THERETO; . AND PRESCRIJ3ING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION, II BY ~ lENDING SECTION 9C OF ORDINANCE NO. 100; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE ~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF FORT WALTOIT BEACH, FLORIDA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That in order to conform with the contour of the street involved, and with the consent of the property owners, Section 9C of Orc1.inance 100 is hereby amended to read as follows: There shall be a 15 foot front yard setback at the common property line of Lots 420 and 396 in Ocean City Subdivision, which' setba.ck line shall meander Northwa.rd to a 10 foot setback at the property line joining lots 394 and 393 in said Ocean City Subdivision.
