BEACH, FLQRIDA AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Resolutian 99- 4, adopted on April 27, 1999, establishes a Gomprehensive
Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 99- 4 provides for amendment of the fee schedule by Resolution
of City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FQRT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Sectian 1. Authority– Amending Fee Schedule.
Pursuant to the authority of Section 4. Ql. QI( d), Authority of Finance Director, af the City
Code of Ordinarices, the Carnprehensive Fee Schedule is amended ta adopt new fee schedules as
outlined in the Attachment.
Section 2. Effective Date.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval by City Council and
signature af the Mayor.

Subject: 2018- 2 Fee Schedule Amendment
1. BACKGROUND:
1. 1. On April 27, 1999, City Council adopted Resolution 99- 4 a
establishing
Comprehensive Fee Schedule that incorporates into one ( 1) document all fees for City
services and programs. Resolution 99- 4 provides for amendment of the Fee Schedule
via Resolution. Certain fees may require adoption by Ordinance if language in the Code
of Ordinances requires an amendment.
2. DISCUSSION:
2. 1. Each year, in conjunction with the annual budget preparation, the entire Fee Schedule is
reviewed and updated as needed. In addition, changes are made throughout the year to
accommodate City operations.
2. 2. Changes to the Fee Schedule are included for the Recreation & Cultural Services
Department and Utility Services Department; additions are underlined, and deletions
