c o Resolution Number 99- 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH: Section I - That fees and policies for the City of Fort Walton Beach are hereby established for the welfare of the general public; Section II - That the City Council hereby establishes a Comprehensive Fee Schedule as attached, and which is made a part hereof; Section ill -That Florida Statute, Chapter 205, stipulates the Occupational License and Regulatory Fees must be set by Ordinance, and accordingly, are recorded in Section 22. 98 of the Code. Section IV - Occupational Licenses and Regulatory fees are not included in this policy and schedule. Section V - That although Occupational Licenses and Regulatory fees are an Appendix to the Comprehensive Fee Schedule for reference purposes, they cannot be changed by resolution, as described in Section VII.
