SITE WORK STATUS:
1. All existing building demolition complete and removed.
2. Building pad surcharge removed.
3. Building area foundation fill has been compacted, tested, and is in place.
4. Concrete storm system piping has been delivered to site.
5. Majority of clearing operations completed.
BUILDING WORK STATUS:
1. Surveying and layout for building completed.
2. Building batter boards and layout complete.
3. Foundation excavation began.
4. Forming footings began.
5. Reinforcing steel placement began.
6. Approximately 44 CY of concrete placed in foundation.
7. Electrical service rough in started.
8. Under slab refrigerant piping rough in started.
9.
All structural work to date has been inspected and approved by Threshold Inspector and City.
WORK SCHEDULED FOR NEXT 4 WEEKS:
1. Striping and grubbing of site.
2. Start earthwork grading operation.
3. Start underground storm system installation.
4. Continue concrete foundation work.
5. Start running foundation block.
6. Continue plumbing, electrical, and mechanical system rough in of slab.
DISCUSSIONS:
1. Reviewing options with City on Emergency Generator.
2. Reviewing minor ball field layout changes to accommodate increasing length of outfield fences.
