Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations for ad valorem taxes, in the amount of $181,339. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations for British Petroleum (BP) oil spill settlement, in the amount of $2,994,577. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence (FCADV) for domestic violence and/or sexual assault law enforcement service units grant, in the amount of $66,484. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for school lunch program grant, in the amount of $6,058. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, County Transportation Trust Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for operating and maintaining the Okaloosa County computerized traffic signal system grant, in the amount of $300,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Natural Disaster Special Revenue Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations from traffic fines for the radio communications program, in the amount of $824,013. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Radio Communications Special Revenue Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations for the April 2014 Flood Event grants, in the amount of $30,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Law Enforcement Trust Special Revenue Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations for confiscated property proceeds, in the amount of $16,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Police Academy Special Revenue Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations from traffic fines for education assistance, in the amount of $6,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Prisoner Benefit Special Revenue Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations for inmate commissary sales, in the amount of $120,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Additional Court Cost Special Revenue Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations from recording fees for information technology and special facility fee for court facilities, in the amount of $195,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Traffic Education Special Revenue Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations from traffic fines for student driver education, in the amount of $22,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Okaloosa Debt Service Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations from Additional Court Cost Special Revenue Fund for traffic fines related to court facilities trust, in the amount of $100,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Capital Outlay Construction Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations for British Petroleum (BP) oil spill settlement, in the amount of $600,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Capital Outlay Construction Fund, did not reflect adequate appropriations from the City of Fort Walton Beach for fiber optic extension to Fort Walton Beach golf club, in the amount of $11,774 BT-15-39, Debt Service Fund. Transfer State Revenue Sharing funds from courthouse annex extension debt to debt service due to additional court facilities revenue, in the amount of $100,000. RECOMMENDATION: Staff requests Board approval of attached Budget Resolutions & Transfers.
