WHEREAS, on November 17, 2016 the parties entered into a contract for the provision of public safety services which are needed in areas related to increased tourism and visitors; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Contract to clarify the applicable insurance requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein and other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree to amend the Contract as follows: 1. The Contract is hereby amended to add a new Section 18: Section 18. Insurance. The Sheriff agrees to comply with the insurance requirements attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit “B.” 2.
