Executive Session
The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners was called to
order in Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. at the Water & Sewer
Administration Building in Fort Walton Beach to discuss
litigation strategy concerning The Zimmerman Agency, LLC v
Okaloosa County. The only individuals permitted in the
Executive Session were Chairman Charles K. Windes, Jr.; Vice
Chairman Nathan Boyles; Commissioner Wayne Harris; Commissioner
Dave Parisot; Commissioner Don Amunds; County Administrator
Ernie Padgett; Acting County Attorney Greg Stewart; Special
Counsel Harry Chiles; and a certified court reporter.
ADJOURNMENT
This Executive Session was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
