AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
573 AND 573. 1 TO PERMIT CERTAIN
FENCES TO BE ERECTED IN FRONT YARDS
IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, PROVIDING
THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 1, Paragraph 1 of
Ordinance No. 573 is hereby amended to permit open chain
link fences not to exceed four ( 4) feet in height to be
erected in the frQnt yards of residential districts within
the City of Fort Walton Beach.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take
effect thirty ( 30) days after its passage and approval by
the Mayor.
