The Project description is as follows:
The work at the Ft. Walton Beach Boy’s Field House consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems. Removal
will impact four (4) existing roof-top mounted HVAC units and associated piping and wiring. An existing construction joint exists that will
need to be removed and reinstalled as part of the roof replacement. Roof curbs will be required at the units and numerous vents will be
addressed. The existing roof deck has been affected by the years of leaks, and it is likely that decking replacement will be required. The
new roof will be the District standard TREMCO modified bitumen roofing system and will include all associated metal.
