FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. The authority for enactment of this
ordinance is Section 2 of the City Charter. and Section 166. 021( 1),
Florida Statutes.
SECTION 2. FINDINGS OF FACT. The City Council of the City
of Fort Walton Beach finds the following:
A. That the fee simple title holder of the property
described in this ordinance has submitted a request to rezone said
property: and
B. public hearing has been held after " due public

SECTION 3. PROPERTY REZONED. The following described
property is hereby rezoned from M- l. Wholesale and Light Industrial
District. to R- 2. Multifamily Dwelling District.
Legally described as from the Northwest corner of the North
half of the
Southwest quarter Township 2of Section 14.
South, Range 24 West. Okaloosa County. Florida. run
Easterly 2276. 16 feet along said half section line to a
point. thence run Southerly 752. 24 feet to a Point of
Beginning. thence run Easterly 388. 08 feet to a point.
thence run Southerly 566. 62 feet to a point. thence run
Westerly 388. 08 feet to a point. thence run Northerly
566. 62 feet to the point of beginning.
