City of Fort Walton Beach eade4 yV @~ 1237 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA RELATING TO AMENDING THE FIRE PREVENTION STANDARDS OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY; PROVIDING FOR SECTION 20.3201, CODES ADOPTED, OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY AMENDED; AND PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. The authority for enactment of this Ordinance is Section 166. 021, Florida Statues. SECTION 2. SECTION 20.3201, CODES ADOPTED, OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY AMENDED. Section 20r3201, Codes Adopted, of the Land Development Code of the City is hereby amended as follows: SEC. 20.3201. Such codes and regulations, together with this chapter, shall be the fire prevention code of the city, save and except such portions thereof as are hereinafter deleted or amended. b) At least three copies of each of the standard codes and regulations adopted in this section are on file in the office of the city clerk and shall be kept there for public use, inspection and examination. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective upon approval by City Council and signature of the Mayor.
