Motion was seconded by Mr. Rigdon and carried unanimously. LETTER OF APPRECIATION Mayor presented letter of appreciation FROM BOB SIKES from Bob Sikes for council information only.  285 STORAGE TANKS IN INDUSTRIAL City Manager stated that council directed PARK that we prepare specifications and take bids for a 500, 000 gallon elevated tank and a 1, 000, OOO gallon ground storage tank in Industrial Park. In preparation for this, tests were run on the soil. The cost comes to $ 2, 239. 45 for 397 feet of I penetration tests. The information from the tests caused us to move the position of the elevated tank, and we also found out that we cannot put the ground tank here. We need authorization to go to Number 3 Well Site and make tests here to see if it will hold the 1, 000, 000 ground storage tank. Mr. Baughman moved the City Manager' that s recommendations be approved. Motion was seconded by Mr. Palmer and carried unanimously. INVITATION FROM BUSINESS Mayor presented an invitation from the PROFESSIONAL WOMEN' s CLUB Business and Professional Women' s Club to the councilmen to attend a V. I. P. Coffee.
