RESOLUTION NO. 7/ -I~ A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, SHALL MAKE CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS AND DESIGNS, LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE TOTAL COST OF SAID IMPROVEMENTS, SETTING TIME FOR PAYMENT WITH PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL, GIVING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. It is determined that the of City Fort Walton Beach, Florida, shall make improvements in accordance with and plans designs heretofore submitted to and approved by the Council City and as may be amended during the progress of the work. SECTION II. Said improvements shall be made the on following: Lot 29, Block 4; Lot 15, Block 4; Lot 4, Block 7; Lot 5, Block 7; Lot 6, Block 7; Lot 3, Block 7, Oakridge Addition. SECTION III. The assessments will be leived on a lot basis. All per assessments are due and payable thirty ( 30) after days completion date. Thirty ( 30) days after completion, interest will accrue at the rate of eight ( 8) percent per annum on the unpaid balance. The drainage asses- sments may be paid in five ( 5) annual installments. SECTION IV. The costs of these improvements shall be borne wholly by abutting property owners. SECTION V. All lots and land adjoining and contigous or bounding these improvements have special assessment levied and abutting upon a them. The total cost of said projects is $ 46, 753. 89 and includes against construction and adminstrative costs. SECTION VI. This Resolution shall be advertised one ( 1) time in a news- of local circulation as soon as possible.
