- lan L oe City of Fort Walton Beach Americar Mort CeautiLul Beaches \! ne 4 yw Resolution A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE STORM DRAINAGE, SIDEWALK,’ AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON SULLIVAN STREET FROM JONQUIL AVENUE TO MARY ESTHER CUT-OFF, IN THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH; DIRECTING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO ISSUE APPROPRIATE BILLING; PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Walton Beach passed Resolutions 90-9, 90-13 and 90-19 determining a public improvement by special assessment; declaring improvements to be sidewalks, storm drainage, and streets on Sullivan Street from Jonquil Avenue to Mary Esther Cut-Off in the City of Fort Walton Beach; accepting said improvements in accordance with the Total Assessment Roil; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was properly advertised and held before the City Council on May 22, 1990; and WHEREAS, installation and construction of said improvements have been completed and the Total Assessment Roll, as accepted in Resolution 90-19, has been revised crediting each of the assessments the difference in the assessment as originally made, approved and confirmed, based on estimated costs, and the proportionate part of the actual cost of the improvement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I: That the City of Fort Walton Beach accepts as completed the storm drainage, sidewalk, and street improvements on Sullivan Street from Jonquil Avenue to Mary Esther Cut-Off in the City of Fort Walton Beach as constructed. SECTION II: That the actual cost of the improvements and _ the proportionate part of the actual cost of the improvements to be paid by assessments, reflecting each assessment credit, is finally determined as provided in the Final Assessment Roll, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. SECTION III: That the City of Fort Walton Beach Finance Director shall proceed with the issuance of the appropriate billing, in accordance with the attached Final Assessment Roll. SECTION IV: That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon. approval by the Council and signature by the Mayor.
