BACKGROUND FACTS: A. The owner of the property described in this ordinance has submitted a request to rezone this property, and A public hearing has been held after "due public notice" before the Redevelopment Agency Planning Board of Fort Walton Beach, which meeting occurred on the 18th day of April, 1984. The RDA Planning Board has recommended the re- quest by the owner be approved, and A public hearing under this same "due public notice” has been held before the City Council on April 24, 1984, and This property is located at Lots 48 & 49, Seabreeze, 230/232 Miracle Strip Parkway, S.W., Considering all of the above, it is ordained: SFCTION 1. That the following described property is hereby rezoned from DR-4 to DR-5: Lots 48 & 49, Seabreeze, 230/232 Miracle Strip Parkway, S.W. SECTION 2.
