ORDINANCE NO. 100.3 AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIANCE IN ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, SAID PROPERTY TO BE MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN} PROVIDING THAT PERMISSION BE GRANTED FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION ON SAID PROPERTY OF THE FOLLOWING BUS-— INESSES: PITCH AND PUTT GOL® COURSE AND BUSINESSES ALLIED THEREWITH, SUCH AS PRO SHOP, SODA SHOP; BAR- RING CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF ANY OTHER TYPE BUSINESSES ON SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING THAT SHOULD OPERATION OF SAID GOLF COURSE AND ALLIED BUSINESSES BE ABANDONED SAID DESCRIBED PROPERTY SHALL REVERT TO R-1A ZONING; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1. That a variance in goning of certain property in the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby granted, said property to be affected being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at Northeast corner of Northwest quarter of Southeast quarter Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 24 West, thence South to the South side of Beal Street for point of beginning; thence South 1220 feet, thence West 1320 feet to half-section line; thence North 680 feet thence Northeasterly at right angles 900 feet to South side of Beal Street; thence East along Beal Street to point of beginning. SECTION 2. That said variance in zoning from R-1A shall be for the purpose of permitting construction of a pitch and putt golf course and allied businesses, such as pro shop and soda shop. SECTION 3. That said variance in zoning shall not be con- strued to permit the construction or operation of any other type businesses in the property affected. SECTION 4. That upon abandonment of said businesses to be constructed on affected property, said property shall revert to R-1lA zoning. SECTION 5.
