STATEMEMT OF ISSUE: Request approval of the Budget Resolutions & Transfers.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate
appropriations for Sheriff revenue, in the amount of $148,573.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Law Enforcement Trust Fund, which did not
reflect adequate appropriations confiscated property proceeds, in the amount of $7,239.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Airport Enterprise Fund, which did not
reflect adequate appropriations for Airport revenue, in the amount of $66,255.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Solid Waste Enterprise Fund, which did not
reflect adequate appropriations for budget transfer from Tourist Development Fund, in the
amount of $1,712.
BT-15-30, Road/Bridge Construction Fund, in the amount of $38,000. At the April 7, 2015
meeting the Board approved transfer of funding from Gilmore Road to the equipment account for
purchase of a backhoe.
BT-15-31, General Fund, in the amount of $200,000. Baker Act expenditures were not
adequately budgeted.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff requests Board approval of attached Budget Resolutions &
Transfers.
