A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, DISSOLVING THE AD -HOC CRA CITIZEN' S ADVISORY
COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Purpose & Intent
The CRA Ad -Hoc Citizen' s Advisory Committee was created on May 22, 2012 by
Resolution 2012 -1. The Committee' s purpose was to identify actions that the City can implement
to support development and redevelopment within the CRA, and further the goals and strategies
outlined in the 2012 CRA Plan Update.
The CRA Ad -Hoc Citizen' s Advisory Committee has fulfilled its purpose.
Therefore, the CRA Ad -Hoc Citizen' s Advisory Committee is hereby disbanded and
released of all duties assigned to it by Resolution 2012 -1.
Section 2. Effective Date
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval by City Council and
signature of the Mayor.
