BACKGROUND: TDD currently has a task order with Genesis Group for architectural services, construction documents, bidding, permitting, development order, and construction administration for interior renovation of the Welcome Center conference room space to create additional staff offices. Bid documents for this project are currently being drafted. If authorized by the Board, TDD and Genesis will work with Purchasing to formulate a Request for Bid (RFB) to begin the formal bidding process. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Issue a Request for Bids (RFB) for interior renovation of the Welcome Center conference room space to create additional staff offices. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
