A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH RELATING TO THE
CONDUCT OF BINGO GAMES. IN THE CITY OF. FORT WALTON BEACH;
PROVIDING FOR INITIAL APPLICATION AND PERMIT FEE; PROVIDING -FOR
ANNUAL RENEWAL APPLICATION AND PERMIT FEE; AND PROVIDING FOR’ AN
EFFECTIVE | DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 1241 authorizes fees for the application
for a permit.to conduct bingo within the City limits of Fort Walton
Beach and also authorizes a fee to be set for the annual renewal of the
permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL oF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Lot ee
SECTION i. Initial Application and Permit Fee
The following ‘fee shall be paid to reimburse administrative costs
incurred for a Bingo application and permit. The fee shall be paid at
the time of application. The fee shall not be refundable should the
permit be denied, nor shall there be a proration of the fee due to the
duration of time for which the permit shall be valid.
A. For the period February 1, 1994
to September 30, 1995; | $125.00
B. For the period thereafter: $125.00
SECTION II. Annual Renewal Application and Permit Fee.
The following fee shall be paid at the time of application for annual
renewal of the Bingo permit. Permits to conduct Bingo within the City
of Fort Walton Beach shall expire on September 30th, of each year. A
complete application for the annual renewal of the permit must be
submitted by August 31st, to permit review and issuance of the renewal
Permit. The fee shall not be refundable should the annual renewal
permit be denied, nor shall there be a proration for duration of time
the permit is used.
A. Renewal Application and Permit Fee $ 75.00
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
approval’ by Council and signature by the Mayor.
