RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2014 BUDGET
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect
adequate appropriations for budget transfer in from Capital Outlay Construction Fund for
Shalimar Annex asbestos survey, and
WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and
WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution
of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and
expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original
budget, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the General Fund be increased, additional receipts
appropriated as follows:
RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT
Budget Transfer-Capital Outlay Fund 0112R-381301 $8,000
EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT
Repair/Maintenance – Facilities 0112-546620 $8,000
Adopted this regular session the 18th day of February 2014.
