BACKGROUND: Okaloosa County entered into an agreement with Fort Walton Beach Medical Center on August 5, 2014, to provide Baker Act Services to the County's indigent population. Exhibit A of the agreement is updated annually based on the approved budget each Fiscal Year. The budget for Fiscal Year 2016 is $266,738.04, which is the same funding amount as the current year. OPTIONS: Approve or disapprove. RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve Amendment 1 to the Baker Act Services agreement with Fort Walton Beach Medical Center.
