Dave FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE L14-0404-AP TIMBERVIEW HELICOPTERS, INC., SIGHTSEEING FLIGHT OPERATIONS This First Amendment made and entered into this _ day of , 2016, hereby amends lease L14-0404-AP, executed January 24, 2014, between Okaloosa County, Florida, (hereinafter the “County”) and Timberview Helicopters, Inc., (hereinafter the “Operator™). WHEREAS, on January 24, 2014 the County and Operator entered into a Lease, L14- 0404-AP, which provides sightsecing flight operations from the Destin Executive Airport; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Lease to amend the insurance requirements. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein and other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree to amend L14-0404-AP as follows: 1. 114-0404-AP is hereby amended to replace item 4 with the following: Operator shall provide a current Certificate of Insurance reflecting Aircraft Liability in an amount not less than One Million ($1,000,000.00) dollars and shall name Okaloosa County as an Additional Insured throughout the period of said operations. 2. All other provisions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect through the duration of the renewal.
