AN ORDINANCE REZONTNG CERTAIN PROPERTY
TN THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FROM
R-1 TO C+2, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATO UEREOF
BACKGROUND FACTS:
A. vie owner of the property described in chis ordinance
has submitted a request to rezone this property, and
A public hearing has been held after "due public notice"
before the Municipal Planning Board of Fort Walton Beach
which meeting occurred on March 5, 1985, and the
Municipal Planning Board has recommended the request by
the owners be approved, and
A public hearing has been held under this sarie "due
public notice" before the City Council on March 12,
1985, and
This property is located on [eal Parkway, legally
deseribed below,
Considering aj] of the above, it is ORDAINED:
SECTION 1, That the following described property is hereby
rezoned from R-1 to C-2:
Lot 5, Plock 2, Pinehurst Suodivision
SECTION 2, This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
approvai by Council and signature by the Mayor.
