A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF ONE PARCEL
OF PROPERTY FOR BUTLER TERRACE, PHASE I REDEVELOP-
MENT AND PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That the City Manager or his official designee
is authorized to purchase one parcel of land for redevelopment of
Butler Terrace, Phase I under the Community Development Project
and Plan for the Butler Terrace Neighborhood Strategy Area as
follows:

2 Jane McCrary Brooks as Trustee 19, 500
Lots 18, 19, & 20, Block 4,
Brooks Addition, according to
the Plat thereof, as recorded

Public Records of Okaloosa County,
Florida.
SECTION II. That this Resolution being of an administrative
nature, shall take full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval by the Mayor.
