A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER AS
THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER FOR THE PURPOSE
OF SUBMITTING A LIST OF LOCAL PUBLIC WORKS
APPLICATIONS IN ORDER OF PRIORITY UNDER
ROUND II OF THE LOCAL PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAM
(PL 95-28), PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE
HEREOF.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA
SECTION I. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of
Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is hereby designated as the Chief
Executive Officer for the purpose of submitting a list of Local
Public Works applications in order of priority under Round II of
the Local Public Works Program, PL 95-28.
SECTION II. This resolution being of an administrative
nature shall take full force and effect immediately upon its
passage and approval by the Mayor.
