BACKGROUND: Mossy Oaks Plantation Phase 1 subdivision was accepted by the Board to enter into the 18-month warranty period on January 11, 2011. If approval from the Board of County Commissioners is granted, the developer will have until November 28, 2012 to present the new letter of credit to staff for formal acceptance by the Board of County Commissioners at the next regularly scheduled meeting. Should the Board of County Commissioners deny the request for an extension the developer shall have until December 14, 2012 to perform all repairs or the County will act on the existing letter of credit. OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove the developer’s request and authorize action on the letter of credit to perform the necessary repairs.
