RESOLUTION 7/- 37 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO EXECUTE A LEASE WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF ARMY, CORPS OF ENGINEERS, FOR A PARCEL OF PROPERTY TO BE USED BY THE CITY RECREATION DEPARTMENT FOR SOFTBALL PROGRAM, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the City Manager on behalf of the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby authorized to execute a lease agreement with the Department of Army, Corps of Engineers, a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, for a parcel of property to be used by the City Recreation Department for a softball program.
