The purpose of this modification is to add the Flow Charges that Okaloosa Country will charge Eglin AFB for Waste Water Treatment. The MOD will incorporate no funds and is just an agreement of the allowable charges for services that will be charged. There will be no money attached to this modification. The funding will be applied to a Miscellaneous Obligation Reimbursement Document (MORD) process through the finance office. Okaloosa County will bill thru the MORD. 2. The rates below are an estimate and are only used as a guideline. Prices will vary as the mission grows or decreases. The actual amount will be the per month usage per 1000 gallons. a. The following table is expected amount of flow for Duke, Eglin, and Camp Rudder. This is an estimate; actual price will depend on the amount of usage. The following table is the board approved rate increase thru 2015. The actual rates are set by the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners (BCC), which is comprised of 5 elected officials, elected by the citizens of Okaloosa County. Since the five year rate plan only goes through FY15, Okaloosa Country Water and Sewer (OCWS) will submit a proposal for the rates for FY16 through the end of the period of performance for this contract when they are released. NOTE: OCWS will be installing a 24” force main pipe on Eglin Main only charging the government for a 20” pipe.
