(CACI). Effective February 1, 2016, CACI International, Inc. (CACI) acquired all of the assets of L-3 National Security Solutions, Inc. through a stock purchase agreement. L-3 National Security Solutions, Inc. (NSS) is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of CACI International Inc. Since this was a stock purchase, a novation is not required. The new legal entity name is CACI NSS, Inc. Aside from the change to the legal entity name, this transition will be transparent to the Board of County Commissioners, Okaloosa County as the point of contact information, CAGE Code, DUNs code, and resources performing on our Consulting Agreement all remain unchanged. The Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for CACI NSS remains the same as it was for L-3 NSS which is 45-3790950. This letter is to request that you prepare a modification to the referenced Agreement to reflect the new legal entity name (CACI NSS, Inc.).
