THOUSAND DOJJLARS ($ 12, 000) FROM THE STREET CONSTRUCTION
FUND TO THE WATER OPERATING FUND OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FIDRIDA.
WHEREAS, there is an unencumbered balance of appropriated funds in the
Street Construction Fund of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and
WHEREAS, there is an urgent need for $ l2, 000 in the Water Operating
Fund of the said City at the present time and until on, or about,
January l, 1956, at which time the Water Operating Fund will be in ,
financial position to reimburse the said Street Construction Fund,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That $ 12, 000 be transferred from the Street Construction Fund of the
Ci ty of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, to the Water Operating Fund of the
Ci ty of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and that said sum of money be
returned to the said Street Construction Fund from the said Water
Operating Fund on or before the 1st day of January, 1956.
