AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING REASONABLE ATTORNEY' S FEE
WHEN CITY SUES FOR COLLECTION OF DAMAGES TO CITY
PROPERTY, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECIIOH--
I. The City shall be entitled to collect reasonable
attorney' s fees in any civil action when the City prevails in any suit
for the collection for damages to city
property.
s.ECTIQD_. Il. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
approval by Council and signature of the Mayor.
