A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A NEW BANK ACCOUNT
FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE ADMINISTRATION FUNDS,
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That Winston G. Walker is hereby authorized
to establish a new and separate bank account in the First National
Bank for the purpose of accounting separately for the receipt and
expenditures of all funds received or to be received from the
Federal Disaster Assistance Administration as a result of Hurricane
Eloise. Name of fund will be Federal Disaster Hurricane Fund.
SECTION II. That said Winston G. Walker is further
authorized to transfer funds from the Urban Renewal Account to
this separate bank account as needed for this purpose. Any
transferred funds remaining after the projects are completed
will be transferred back to the Urban Renewal Fund.
SECTION TII. That this resolution being of an administra-
tive nature shall take full force and effect immediately upon its
passage and approval by the Mayor.
