It shall be our purpose to facilitate the exchange of information and general activities so as to advance the general interest and welfare of Amateur Radio in the community, and to further Amateur Radio activities in the interests of a better and safer community. ARTICLE I MEMBERSHIP Sec. 1 -- All persons interested in amateur radio shall be eligible for membership. ARTICLE II OFFICERS Sec. 1 -- The officers of the club shall be a President, a Vice -President, a Secretary, a Treasurer, an Activities Manager, a Club Station Trustee, and a Repeater Trustee for each repeater. Sec. 2 -- The officers of the Club shall be elected for a term of one year by ballot of the voting members present, providing that there shall be a quorum, at the June meeting, and will take office at the following meeting. Only members in good standing may hold office. Sec. 3 -- Vacancies occurring between elections, as with the initial slate of officers, will be filled by special ballot, at the first regular meeting after the vacancy or vacancies are announced. Sec. 4 -- Officers may be removed on approval by three -fourths of the voting membership. ARTICLE III DUTIES OF OFFICERS Sec. 1 The President shall preside at all meetings of this Club, and conduct the meeting according to rules. The President shall enforce
