However, Mr. Gill resigned from the Board in April of this year; therefore, the Board has no representation on the VPSC. DISCUSSION: Res. 95 -28, adopted by Council on 9- 26 -95, provides for the appointment and terms of members of the VPSC. The citizen at large representatives serve a four year term, and city board members serve for the length of their respective current term which shall immediately terminate if the individual is no longer a member of the committee, agency, board or organization represented.
