- iJ <3 RESOLUTION No. 6 ¥-7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO DEED A 25 FOOT STRIP OF LAND TO ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: , . SECTION 1. That the City Manager and City Clerk on behalf of the City of Fort Walton Beach are hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying a 25 foot strip of land to the adjoining property owners on the back of the following described property: Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block C, Second Addition to Seabreeze Subdivision, and Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block C, Third Addition to Seabreeze all according to the plat thereof recorded in the official records in and for Okaloosa County, Florida.
