FORT WALTON BEACH POLICE DEPT.
EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR 2001
It is with pleasure, the Police Department announces Mrs.
Chantill Hunt has been selected as Employee of the Year for
2001. Mrs. Hunt has been an employee of the Police
Department since December of 1994. She began her service to
the City seven years ago as a Communications Officer. She
quickly became proficient and was outstanding in the
performance of her assigned duties. In October of 1998, she
transferred to the Records Department and since that time has
performed a broad range of assignments with the utmost
efficiency and accuracy. Mrs. Hunt specializes in customer
service, always projecting a courteous, professional image of
the department she represents. She handles an impressive
workload during the week and supplements the
Communications Division after hours when they are short-
handed. She is appreciated by her supervisors and admired by
her co- workers. Chantill is a loyal friend to many - - always
ready to lend a hand or a shoulder, a world- class mom, works a
second job and manages to take college courses several
evenings a week. All this she does with a without losing the
sense of humor or sunny disposition that have become her
trademark.
Mrs. Hunt is a true asset to the City of Fort Walton Beach, an
integral member of the Police Department' s workforce, and the
very heartbeat of the Records Division. Please join me in
welcoming the Police Department' s 2001 Employee of the Year.
