The City Council of Fort Walton Beach adopted the enclosed Resolution
96- 25 on November 26, 1996.
The Resolution amends a Development Order which was issued pursuant to
Chapter 380, Florida Statutes, by Resolution 85- 10 of the City of Fort
Walton Beach adopted on March 12, 1985.
Copies have been sent to Thomas Carter of Pirates' Bay Community
Association and the DRI Coordinator at the West Florida Regional
Planning Council in Pensacola.
