That under the provisions of Section 171. 04, Flo-rida Statutes, it is the intention of the City of Fort Walton Beach to annex a tract land to the of said City at expiration of thirty ( 30) days from the first publication of this ordinance af., er its approval by the Council tract the and said being following described property: Lot 1, Block D, Marnan SID in Okaloosa County, Florida according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 17 of the records of said less the S 92 ft. county, of the above described lot which has been added to and made a part of Lot 18, Block D of Marnan SID and Lot 18, Block D. Marnan S/ D in Okaloosa Florida County, according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 17, of the records of the said county, less the S 82 ft. of the above said lot deeded to the State of Florida for right- of- way for State. Road # 189, plus 92 ft. of the S portion of Lot 1, Block D, , Marnan SID for a depth of 200 ft. from the N side of state right -of -way, under deed restriction for commercial property. SECTION II. Any objections to the above annexation may be ma in the manner and by those authorized under the aforesaid section of the Florida Statutes. SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and approval by the City Council and Mayor. SECTION IV.
